San Francisco -- SF Marathon, Half marathon and 5k – July 31, 2011
We will return to the hills of San Francisco for the chance to run across the Golden Gate bridge with over 20,000 runners in this premier event. You can also join us for the half marathon, or 5k run/walk. If you raise more than $300, the race officials will return your entry fee to you!
Springville CA -- Fat Tire Bike Classic -- October 16th, 2011
Come join the Bike for Burma team in the Fat Tire Classic in Springville CA this coming October 16th! Just like last year, it promises to be a fun, wild ride through the hills. Ride for Burma participates receive $25 off the entry fee for the ride in exchange for their fundraising support for BHM.
Washington DC – Marine Corps Marathon and 10k -- October 30th
In 2011, Burma Humanitarian Mission will return to the Marine Corps Marathon as charity partner. We have secured guaranteed entries to the nation's largest marathon. Take on the challenge of a lifetime and raise awareness of the conditions in eastern Burma. Transform a personal triumph into a wonderful way to help others who seek to live with dignity and liberty. We also will have a MCM 10k team! Join us and share the excitement of the marathon course and finish, but run a healthy distance of 6.2 miles.
